Day meetings

A day meeting is based on a minimum of 10 participants and includes the following:

  • Coffee and tea when the meeting commences, late morning coffee/tea and pastries, lunch, fruit, coffee and tea in the meeting room, afternoon coffee/tea and cake, ice water available in the room. Other types of beverages are invoiced at the going rate.
  • Meeting room – (in case of less than 10 participants hire is payable)
  • Standard AV equipment is available
  • Coffee and tea when the meeting commences, late morning coffee/tea and pastries, lunch.

 

If half a day suffices, we also offer morning or afternoon meetings which include:

  • Lunch, fruit, coffee and tea in the meeting room, afternoon coffee/tea and cake.
  • Hire of meeting room (in case of less than 10 participants hire is payable)
  • Standard AV equipment is available.
